Privacy Policy

Last updated: 26 October 2026

This policy explains how Collegium of International Lawyers LP ("CIL", "we", "us") collects and uses personal data submitted through rednoticeremoval.net. We are a law practice registered in the United Kingdom (LP023044, 167-169 Great Portland Street, 5th Floor, London W1W 5PF) with an office at 171 Arch. What we collect

When you use the contact form, or write to us by email, WhatsApp or Telegram, we collect what you choose to share: your name, email address, phone number, the country relevant to your matter, and a description of your case. We do not use cookies, analytics or advertising tools to collect data about visitors to this site (see our Cookie Policy).

Why we use it

We use this information to review your enquiry, respond to it, and — if you instruct us — to provide legal services in connection with your INTERPOL matter. Our legal basis is your consent (given when you submit the form) and our legitimate interest in responding to enquiries addressed to us.

Who sees it

Your information is seen by CIL lawyers and staff handling INTERPOL matters, and by the service providers we use to receive and manage enquiries: our email provider (Google Workspace), our internal case-management system, our internal messaging channel used to flag new enquiries to the team, and WhatsApp (where you contact us by WhatsApp). These providers process data on our instructions and do not use it for their own purposes. We do not sell personal data or share it with third parties for marketing.

Where it is processed

Some of the providers above may process data outside the country where you are located, including in the United States, under their own data protection safeguards (such as standard contractual clauses). We only use mainstream providers that offer an equivalent level of protection.

How long we keep it

If we do not take on your matter, we keep your enquiry for a limited period in case you contact us again, then delete it. If we act for you, we keep your file for as long as necessary for the matter and for any applicable professional or limitation periods afterwards, then delete or anonymise it.

Your rights

Depending on where you are located, you may have the right to ask us for access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data, to object to or restrict our use of it, to receive a copy in a portable format, and to complain to your local data protection authority. To exercise any of these rights, write to info@intercollegium.com.

Security

We limit access to your information to the people who need it to handle your matter, and we use providers that encrypt data in transit. No method of transmission over the internet is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

Children

This site and our services are not directed at children, and we do not knowingly collect personal data from children.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. The date at the top shows when it was last revised.
